Beautiful Tile

This is the best calacatta gold tile on the market. I receive many samples from other companies and none could compare. The customer service was great! Someone contacted me prior to shipping and sent me pics and to make sure I indeed wanted polished since my sample hade been in honed (great that they knew that!). Shipping was quick from CA and hardly any broken sheets! (just some minor cracks in a few sheets but still usable for parts of the job where a whole sheet wasn't needed. I would definitely order from them again! Highly recommend!

nice looking but challenging

Nice looking marble tile. I noticed that others complained about lacking/deficiency yellowish colored components. It's true. However, it still looks very pretty in my opinion. My issue was that this particularly shaped tile is challenging to do and you should plan for about 20% more tiles than the actual surface. I had to order the second shipment because advisable 10-15% addition was not sufficient. Also, the marble was quite fragile and required slow cutting which translated into longer installation and longer work hours.
The shipping was reasonably fast and the packaging was excellent.
The end result looked beautiful.

Too many dye lots

I love the Calacatta Gold herringbone design. We ordered 45 pieces. When they were delivered, 15 sheets had a few broken tiles. We called Julia who sent us one replacement tile, which I appreciated. After setting the tiles in place, it was obvious that the dye lots varied a lot with many tiles that were just white and no gold. I asked Julia if she could send a few more replacements with more gold but she said the contractor would just have to figure it out.
